Beerfest 2010 with the Plavacs and Lavenders was much better than last year. We spaced out each beer with a glass of water and had a fantastic time. David brought over smoked ribs and pulled pork .... DELICIOUS!!! David has always been quite a cook, but his new smoker recipes are out-of-this-world, with four lavadava sauces to go along with 'em.
The beers were terrefic. The dogfish head 120 proved to be a little too much for everyone - way, way over the top. However, all the other beers were great and you can't beat the company. My derby pick even won - what a day!
