A Brandon Sadler original painting. A David Lavender original photo. I met Brandon when he was painting the mural below on Irwin Street. It's over 60 feet long, so this is just a small portion of it. I've always been fascinated by koi fish, so the mural immediately caught my eye.
Sarah and I made it out last night to see the Avett Brothers. We had a great meal at ecco with the Clarkes and then walked on down to the Fox Theater for the show. Thanks to Mom and Dad for babysitting!

Good times yesterday with great friends. The children had a blast listening and dancing to bluegrass music. The adults enjoyed the music, Pallookaville corndogs, Kentucky moonshine chili, Sweetwater beer and perfect weather.
